Privacy Policy

We collect only what the product needs to work:

• Account data — your email, optional display name, password (stored only as a secure hash), plus your primary market and timezone.
• Journal content — the voice recordings you make, their transcripts, any screenshots you attach, typed notes, and the trades and projects you create.
• AI & usage data — a log of each AI operation, the model used, token counts and estimated cost, used for transparency and your credit balance.

We use your data to transcribe and analyse your recordings, produce behavioural scores and summaries, show your discipline trends, track your AI credit usage, and operate and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

To produce analysis, your audio, transcripts, screenshots and related context are sent to third-party AI providers (for example, providers used for speech-to-text and behavioural analysis). They process this content to return results to us and are expected to handle it under their own terms and security commitments. AI output is assistance, not objective truth, and may require your confirmation.

Account and journal data are stored in our managed database, and audio and screenshots in managed object storage. We retain your content while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated content at any time.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Because this is a beta, some self-serve controls are still being built — contact us and we will action requests manually in the meantime.

Passwords are hashed, transport is encrypted in transit, and access to stored content is restricted to your account. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
