Trader's Mirror is provided during beta on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. We're actively developing it and value your feedback.

Trader's Mirror is a behavioural journaling tool. Its AI output is coaching assistance designed to prompt better questions — it is not financial, investment, or trading advice, and it is not objective truth. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information and don't share your login. You must be legally able to enter into these terms.

New accounts receive $2.50 in AI credits to explore the product. Credits are consumed as the AI works and have no cash value. During beta the service is free; paid plans may be introduced later with notice.

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, no automated abuse of signup or AI credits, and no uploading content you don't have the right to share.

You keep ownership of the recordings, transcripts, screenshots and notes you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to process and store that content to provide the service (including sending it to AI providers for analysis, as described in the Privacy Policy).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosaic Designs is not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided without warranties of any kind.

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in the product or by email. The governing law and jurisdiction will be specified on finalisation.
